Trouble downloading one of our example / sample or free
files?
Try
downloading by left-clicking the link, then try
right-clicking and select 'Save Target As...' from the right-click menu.
If trouble persists then just email and we will be happy to send you the file(s)
you request! :)
Missing Page Issues
Are
you trying to find a page that you have saved as a Favorites Shortcut or have
linked to previously, but all you are getting is a Page Not Found error?
Chances are good that the page either no longer exists on our web or we have
changed the name since we've revamped the web. The easiest thing to do is to go
to our Site Map page (which is an all-text link page that covers all of
PiersonTech.com's content). Find the information that you are looking for and
then reset your shortcut / link to that page. Some of the content previously
found on PiersonTech is no longer included as part of the new website - if you
are looking for something specific and need the information, just email us and
we will do our best to assist you! Contact Us
For those folks trying to find the "Clean Your PC" article
We
will be adding the updated version of Dreamboat's original "Clean Your PC"
article soon. In the meantime, you can email us for a copy (be sure to specify
whether you prefer Word or PDF
format) that you can keep on your machine without having to connect to the
